1  Application for medical leave for more than 3 days should be accompanied by a medical certificate issued by registered medical practitioner which should be submitted immediately after the ward joins the school latest within a week. if this leave exceeds 7 days, the Principal must be informed in writing.

2  All leave applications should bear the signature of the Parents / Guardian.

3  Leave of absence for one or two days may be applied through the absence note pages in the diary.

4  A student who is absent from the class continuously for 10 days or more without the leave sanctioned, the principal may get his/her name struck off the Roll without notice.
